panelist at the half-day seminar “Leading the Ethical Organization”, hosted
by the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Ukleja Center for Ethical
Leadership on Tuesday, June 28, at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Long
Beach. World-renowned author Ken Blanchard will receive the 2011 John
Wooden Ethics in Leadership Award.
Allen, who recently celebrated five years in business, leads one of the top
